Okay. I am a photographer. And I try to apply online where people could meet to get there photos taken from me personally. Im looking for free software, im only sixteen so I'm not going to pay. I need a simple program that allows people to complete, then when they push the "Submit" or something, it will automatiically send to my e-mail, or my myspace page photograph. I perfer the request to some something like this: – Full name: (then a box where people can type their text) Telephone number (same thing with the box) So I've been using Google all day and did not find this software that seems so simple to find. Again, I want an online application that people can fill via the Web and submit it, then it will automatically send me. PLEASE & THANK YOU.
It looks like the site referenced in my source list will do for you. They have a free service and more advanced they are paying for. Looking at the example page, I think you can get what you're looking for here. This will generate code for you, and you copy and paste it wherever you want.
