Best wildflowers to the edge of the woods?

I want to buy flower seeds lay on the edge of the forest on our property. I think I might like a seed mix where flowers bloom at different times of the year. I need something that is easy to plant because I want to cover a large area to lay some seeds work well. My hobby is digital photography and I would like to plant something that is attractive and attracts Butterfiles, bees, etc. Also, where can I find a good deal on flower seeds? Did I buy these online or local? I am located in northern Alabama. Thank you for the help!

I generally found that the seeds thrown into areas results to feed the ants, birds and so on … I presume … because I seldom see plants. It would be a waste of money. The only time I had success is when I was heaping amounts of wildflower seeds harvested from yellow daisies and black daisies and other and dispersed in an area of waste. I have flowers there, but I suspect that one in 100 seeds germinated. That is why they are so much! You'd better get plants or grow them in spring in small pots and plants for their implementation. You can often obtain plant divisions from friends and neighbors and family. If you want to buy seeds, take a look at the catalog Wildseed Farms, which is also recommended by the Alabama Wildflower Advisory Committee. Both ties are sources. If you buy flowers, take View the catalog as a reference Wildseed Farms. He has a ton of info and a half, and the wildflowers are great for woodland edges. Enjoy!
