why/how is photography fun?
my mom wants me to join this photography fun club. But i don’t think it’s fun. WHY is photography FUN?
You may find it more fun when you’re doing things *with* other people about photography, and also as you learn more about what all can be done with photography that you never dreamed of, and just how to make any photos you take look really good.
There are lots of ways to go with photography too that might appeal to different people, from taking photos of people (or just objects or landscapes/nature), to illustrating a point or convincing someone of something, to just taking better “friends” and vacations photos.
There’s also b&w white photography and developing and printing your own, or just learning how to do all kinds of crazy and amazing things with digital photographs, doing “trick” photography, etc.–various aspects that may appeal to different people.
Then there are all the things you can *do* with the photos after they’re taken… creating a good blog or social networking page, helping with the school’s yearbook, taking good pics of family over the years, scrapbooking, etc., etc.
