Why do I need to have a photographic model sign a release when?
May i have the oppertunity to sell …. the future, but photographers can blow pics of celebrities and sell to supermarket rags without a release?
supermarket rags publish images of celebrities under the editorial use. As far as I know it's the only way a photographer can photograph a "public" Figure and post with a news model. A news model (and the release of the property) is to protect the photographer, not the model or owner. When a model posing for you that the use of the image is considered non-commercial editorial.
