Compatible Lens for Canon EOS 10D Digital Camera?
I just bought a Canon 10D camera used three weeks ago. I want a wide angle good lens or about $ 600. That the budget for my file. My photography is shooting people / fashion, cityscapes …. more artistic photography. But I 'm not sure what the objective is compatible with my 10D. I prefer Canon lenses. But I'll consider Tamron lenses as well. If there are Canon Other 10D owners out there please i need help. I'm at wits' end about what the objective to achieve. Help!
According to canons website, the 10D is compatible with all EF lenses. That is to say all the objectives autofocus are NOT EF-S, where the EF-S or FE lenses are for small digital montages (later models took the EOS EF and EFS lenses). in simple language, your camera takes all lenses of 35 mm film Canon autofocus very well. As for the third lens that you want to avoid "for digital mount" or "not cinema. "I do not have a 10D and this camera may very well work with an EF-S, but from what I saw on the website, it does not. As for the specific lens of my favorite for money is the Canon Normal EF 50mm f/1.8 II Autofocus Lens. Its pretty sharp and is really well low light due to the f/1.8. A very good all around near or far from the objective is the Canon Zoom Normal-Telephoto EF 55-200mm f/4.5-5.6 USM II Autofocus Lens. I do not have one and cannot make any comments on the quality of it. And made a Sigma 28-300mm lens. All are under $ 300, you might get some of them if you want.
