Where are some places I can apply?

I have an idea that I am developing and it is to photography to children of school age. I am looking to find ways to fund this project. Does anyone know of some scholarships that there should be? Sorry, I did not make this clear, this is a no profit venture I want to try …

It is difficult find grants to start a business.
