Your wedding is such a special day in your life. With everything going on around you the worst thing to do is relax, have fun and stop worrying about what could wrong. It's your day to look your best in the perfect dress with the perfect flowers and the groom ideal waiting at the end of the driveway. The only thing you need now is the right make up, that will make you look like never before. Since you're probably not the type who goes right to the glam photo-ready every day, a makeup artist is a wise investment!
How to hire a makeup artist
Unless you're a pro you do not try to make your own up to this day. This is no time to experiment and photographic re-touching is more expensive than a good makeup artist. Here are some dos and don'ts for help:
• Do ask around. A good makeup artist will have a reputation and your friends will be happy to go to someone who had the look and feel gorgeous on their wedding day.
• Do not schedule a consultation before the wedding so your mark up artist knows what you want. Ask them to do so that you know what looks good on you. Take pictures in magazines that inspire you to help them understand your vision.
