How to write a contract for a wedding photographer. Can you help me?

I found a photographer who will make my marriage free to bulk up its portfolio. His work is quite wonderful, so I'm pretty excited, but I feel I need a contract. Our arrangement is not traditional, so I do not want her on bail at the last minute (I do not know well enough to know if do it or not). Can anyone give me an example of a contract for wedding photography? Can they still bail despite a contract?

Here is an example, you can just change it to suit your needs: 1. This agreement constitutes an order of wedding services portrait including the taking of wedding pictures as agreed to by both parties: The Studio and Contracting Party (Client). Unless otherwise indicated, it is understood that all rights to proofs, final or sample prints, it remains the property of the studio and may be used for advertising, display or any other purpose deemed by the studio. 2. If Photographer can not perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or any other cause beyond the control of the parties or because of illness or injury as a photographer, then Studio will return all fees to the client (s) but shall have no liability in respect of this Agreement. This limitation of liability also applies in cases where documents photographs are damaged in processing, lost a malfunction, the camera, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault from the photographer. Client (s) agree that a complete marriage may be reproduced, reproduce or repeated in order to make a Re and liability limits Studio's to the amount paid under this contract. 3. It is understood and agreed that no other photographer will be allowed to photograph or take pictures the wedding while the photographer works. 4. A deposit of ____ is due at the signing of this agreement, with a further payment of all necessary expenses (unless otherwise specified) such a films cost, development, batteries, parking, fuel, travel, taxi, hotel charges, etc. will be paid on the date of the event. No photography will take place and no rights are granted until payment is made timely track. Charges for late payment apply in May. Fees are not refundable in case of cancellation or date change by the client. I / We, the undersigned Contracting Party, hereby certify that I am / we are competent to contract in my / our own name (s).
